Drop Off Your Luggage

Show your "booking ticket" at your hotel's front desk,, attach the provided tag to your luggage, and drop it off.

Pick Up Your Luggage

Available: After 6 PM or 9 PM

Provide your name at the destination hotel's front desk to collect your luggage.

What payment methods are available?

We only accept credit card payments on our dedicated website.

What items are accepted for delivery? (Size limits, etc.)

We accept suitcases and bags with secure closures (zippers, etc.) only. Size limit: combined dimensions of all three sides within 200 cm, weight under 30 kg.
*We also deliver packaged strollers (simple bubble wrap packaging is fine) and cardboard boxes.

What should I do if my luggage is damaged or doesn't arrive?
